To commence studies in January:

If paid on or before the closing date of 31 October:

How to Pay the Administration Fee

Online

  1. Visit the CAO website.
  2. Submit your application.
  3. After clicking on ‘Process my application,’ follow the instructions to pay the administration fee.

If paying at a later date:

  • Click on ‘My application’ on the homepage.
  • Enter your CAO or ID number.
  • Click ‘Submit.’
  • Click ‘Pay Now by Credit Card’ if you applied online or through the app.

Physically

  • You can pay at any EasyPay outlet, including Shoprite, Checkers, PicknPay, Boxer Superstores, Woolworths, etc.
  • Present your CAO number and ID number.
  • Use your unique EasyPay number as the payment reference.
  • Alternatively, pay at the CAO offices located at Gate 11, May Thiphe Street, Cato Manor, Durban, using only a card.
